In all seasons,
     a welcoming atmosphere...

In winter, clients avail themselves of the immediately adjacent ski resort.
Cross-country ski trails have also been built. Snowshoe trails lead to
the summit of Mont Édouard. They offer many diverse vistas and are
quite invigorating. Nearby dog sledding activities provide a unique
experience. Snowmobile trails lead into the heart of nature's winter beauty.
Ice fishing is also available on the Saguenay River.

In spring, nature awakens. The Patrice Fortin stream runs behind
the hotel in its full vigour. In the sugarhouses, maple syrup producers
boil off the sap from the maple trees to produce delicious syrup.

In summer, a majestic 25 km long foot trail runs from Rivière-Éternité to
L’Anse-Saint-Jean. A belvedere located at Anse-de-Tabatière affords a full
awareness of the vastness and the spirit of the Fjord. In the village of L’Anse-
Saint-Jean, guests can go sea kayaking or take a boat excursion on the
Saguenay River. Horseback riding centres provide another nature experience.
For the mechanically inclined, mountain biking and ATVs are available.

In fall, the rhapsody of colours brings with it the artistic activities of the
region's painters. Nature exhales complex odours while making way for
a gentle drowsiness. This season affords beautiful moments of peacefulness.
Bears seek out their winter dens.
